Founder, Dale Emery, has stepped down to pursue other ventures and the company is now managed by his sibling, Julie Emery. Ms. Emery has been in the real estate industry for years, including sales, annual/seasonal rentals, property management, and marketing, and is excited to continue the Cape Strong Realty mission. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service with an unmatched communication style to keep you informed throughout your transaction, whether buying or selling.
